Chief Robert C. Lawson - Co-Founder and CEO

Chief Lawson began his law enforcement career in 1981 as a foot patrolman for the Lakewood Police Department. He continually rose through the ranks of the department until he was appointed Chief in 2006. Chief Lawson served in that position until his mandated retirement, a decade later. During Chief Lawson’s lengthy tenure, he helped reduce crime and increase the quality of life in a uniquely diverse and fast-growing municipality. He forged close working relationships with leading federal, state, county, and local law enforcement officials, as well as community leaders of all ethnicities. Chief Lawson holds degrees from Columbia University, Rutgers University, Fairleigh Dickinson University and the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA; as well as elite training credentials with the NJ Police Training Commission and Ocean County Police Academy. He is a member of the NJ Certified Public Manager’s Association, the Ocean County Chiefs of Police Association, The NJ State Association Chiefs of Police and the International Association of Chiefs of Police.

Moshe Fromowitz - Co-founder and COO

As a business owner and parent, Moshe is keenly aware of the contemporary security needs of businesses, communities, and educational institutions. Since the founding of IronRock Security, Moshe had dedicated himself to lead the company from a startup to a premier security firm. Moshe effectively manages company operations alongside the micro details of IronRock clients. Moshe is well-liked and respected by security personnel and clients alike, and is easily reachable for questions and feedback. With management skills and unyielding attention to detail, Moshe promotes professionalism, reliability, and flexibility in a pleasant work environment.

Rich Lerche — Director of Security

Rich provides strategic leadership for IronRock’s physical security operations, overseeing policy development, risk management, and operational compliance. He plays a central role in recruitment, training, and professional development, helping build highly skilled and responsive security teams. Through his leadership, Rich promotes a culture of professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization.

Shua Erlanger — Operations Manager

Shua supports company-wide operations with a focus on coordination, process improvement, and operational efficiency. He brings extensive organizational experience from managing complex programs and logistics requiring precise planning and execution. In his role at IronRock, Shua helps streamline processes, improve coordination, and support smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.

Heather Castellano — Hiring Manager

Heather manages IronRock’s hiring operations, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. With extensive experience in recruitment and firsthand exposure to the security industry, she brings a strong understanding of both operational needs and personnel dynamics. Heather’s people-focused approach helps build a professional, reliable workforce that reflects IronRock’s standards and values.

Sarah Fischman — Client Relationship Manager

Sarah works closely with clients to build strong, long-term relationships grounded in trust, communication, and responsiveness. Judah Strickman — Scheduling Manager

Judah serves as a key link between IronRock’s management team and security personnel, supporting day-to-day operations through clear communication and consistent follow-through. He helps coordinate scheduling needs, supports guards in the field, and ensures information flows smoothly between officers and leadership. Known for his organization and approachable nature, Judah helps strengthen team morale while contributing to reliable coverage and consistent service delivery.

Abe Goldwag — Sales Director

Abe leads IronRock’s sales and business development efforts, focusing on client engagement, strategic growth, and market expansion. He works closely with prospective and existing clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their security needs. Abe’s relationship-driven and results-focused approach helps position IronRock as a trusted security partner.

Krissy Curnyn - Security Coordinator

For nearly 20 years, Krissy has worked on security coordination and student travel. Her SORA and TWIC certification, coupled with superior communication and management skills, have enabled her to earn accolades from colleagues and clients alike. At IronRock, Krissy effectively manages unarmed security details for traveling students throughout the United States.

Mike Piserchia - Field Manager

Mike oversees day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites, ensuring personnel adhere to company protocols and performance standards. He works closely with field teams to monitor operations, support guards, and maintain consistency across deployments. Known for his hands-on leadership and approachable style, Mike plays a key role in ensuring each site operates smoothly while fostering a reliable and professional team environment.
